Donations of toilet essentials and drinking water to the fire victims at Chaungwa Village, Pyapone Township

To mark the birthday of HTOO Group of Companies Managing Director U Pyae Phyo Tay Za, U Paw Myint Oo, Chief Executive Director of HTOO Foundation and staff members have donated 178 toilet essentials and 173 cartons of drinking water to the fire victims of Chaungwa Village, Daydalu Village Group in Pyapone Township.

The CEO and staff members have also donated Kyats 1,000,00.00 and 33 cartons of drinking water to Tharthana-takhun Monastery for reciting Pahtann prayers ceremony.

On 19th January 2019, there was a fire broke out in Chaungwa Village, Daydalu Village Group, Pyapone Township in Irrawaddy Division that lost 178 houses and about 600 people became homeless.

For the above incident, HTOO Foundation Chairman U Pyae Phyo Tay Za has donated 178 solar panels with essentials of 178 batteries and 178 acid bottles together with bulbs, wires and drinking water on 29th January 2019 by himself. Since that time it has come to known that there is a need of toilets from the village authorities, and thus, responsible persons from HTOO Foundation have gone to donate there as a second time.
