Under the guidelines and instructions of Sittagu Sayardawgyi, HTOO Foundation in collaboration with Belgium Medical Group, which consists of 12 doctors have arrived Putao to provide free medical treatments to the public in remote and isolated area in the region.
The above mentioned group has been accommodated at Malikha Lodge, which is one of the conglomerates of HTOO Group of Companies, and have started providing free medical treatments at 100 bedded public hospital in Putao.
On October 6, 2019, the medical group has treated a total of 91 patients, of which 25 are cleft lips, 12 burnt and scars and 54 dental patients. They have operated 13 needy patients of cleft lips and burnt injuries from morning till evening.
In the afternoon, HTOO Foundation has provided lunch of fried noodles to the patients and their care takers. Biryani = dan bauk will be provided on the following day to the patients and care takers, so that they do not need to worry about their meal.
Htoo Foundation Boarding School Administrator Daw Arr Char expressed that such kind of free medical treatments providing to the public in the remote and isolated area by Sittagu Foundation, Htoo Foundation and Belgium Medical Group, on behalf of the Vice Chairman of Youth Committee in Putao Region and also as her individual, she thanked so much and also to all the responsible persons of HTOO Group of Companies, Htoo Foundation and staff at Malikha Lodge to have Blessings to everybody who have participated in this event.
Sittagu Foundation, HTOO Foundation and Belgium Medical Group will be providing free medical treatments to the needy patients with cleft lips and dental problems for six days continuously from 6th to 11th October 2019.
