Requirements:
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and M.Sc. Agriculture is more prefer.
• Extensive experience in a farming related field – 7 years.
• Management experience would be a plus.
• A Passion for Agriculture.
• Superb communication skills, interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions in stressful environments.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Fair in English 4 skills.
• Proficiency in computer literacy.
• Must be able to travel.
