HTOO Group of Companies donated two Bioscience Axceed 260 Immunoassay machines and reagents for use in antibody screening for COVID-19, which sufficient for checking 10000 persons, totally valued in cash over 3000 Lakh MMK (302,040,000MMK), to the office of Director of Army medical service, the office of the Commander-in-Chief of Defense Services, and the donation ceremony was held, in the meeting room of the Army Hospital (1000 beds), in Mingaladon Townships, on the morning of May 25th, 2020.
During the ceremony, U PyaePhyoTayza, Group Managing Director of HTOO Group of Companies, attended and donated the contribution, two Bioscience Axceed 260 Immunoassay machines and reagents for use in antibody screening for COVID-19, which sufficient for checking 10000 persons,Commanding Officer Brigadier General MyintZaw, commander of the Tatmadaw Hospital (1000 beds), received the donations and gave back the certificate of honor and appreciation.
The two machines, which was donated by the HTOO Group of Companies, can be used not only to screen for Covid-19, but also it can be used to check including disease related to various cancers, diseases related to the thyroid gland, and HIV/AIDS, several diseases, and so, it is a very versatile facility, said by the Major ThetNaing Win, Doctor of Pathology, from No.1 Army hospital (1000 beds).
It is noted that each of two machines, which was donated by the HTOO Group of Companies, will be utilized, in No.1 Army Hospital (1000 beds) in Mingaladon Townships, and No.2 Army Hospital (1000 beds) in Nay Pyi Taw, respectively.
HTOO Group of Companies had also donated at the Health and Sports Ministry, for the control, prevention and treatment of Covid-19 and now, donated two Bioscience Axceed 260 Immunoassay machines and reagents for use in antibody screening for COVID-19, which sufficient for checking 10000 persons, at the office of Director of Medical service.
