Since HTOO Group of Companies being a conglomerate corporation, the staff management skills development has continuously been given attention and short term trainings are arranged and provided accordingly.
On 14th and 23rd of February 2017 and on 1st, 7th and 14th of March 2017, all the staff were taught on human resources management for human resources practitioners course by General Manager, U Yin Win Hlaing on one day per week basis. So that, the above mentioned course will become important, like the eyes and ears for human resources practitioners of HGC in the long run.
