On 10 Dec 2019, flydubai an award-winning airline based in Dubai launched daily flights to Yangon which will be codeshared by Emirates. It is a wonderful way to end the year with flydubai celebrating its 10-year anniversary, since it began flights in 2009. flydubai currently flies to more than 90 destinations in 48 countries. flydubai has been committed to removing barriers to travel, creating free flows of trade and tourism and enhancing connectivity between different cultures.
Flydubai has appointed HTOO Group of Companies as its exclusive sales representative for Myanmar market. On daily basis passengers can enjoy services from Yangon to Dubai and onwards onto the vast network of destinations of both flydubai and its codeshare partner Emirates. Additionally, daily flights are operated from Yangon to Krabi in Thailand promoting regional tourism.
