Htoo Group of Companies is the main sponsor for welcoming the second generations of Lu-ye-chun (outstanding students) and for the seminar, that was held on 10th June 2017 morning at Mandalay Technical University Assembly Hall by the second new generations (main) group.
The term “Lu-ye-chun” was started and organized by Education Department Joint Secretary Lt-Col Ye Htun, while Deputy Secretary U Thaung Htun has acted as organizer, in discussion with ten members of Directorate of Educational Practices for development, in the book known as Myanmar Educational Scenery written by Retired Professor Sayagyi U Thaung Htut.
The Lu-ye-chun Scheme was started in 1964, during the Revolutionary Council period. During that time, it was organized and sponsored by Youth Affairs Department, which was under the Ministry of Education and the Lu-ye-chun Scheme (1973) was undertaken the responsibility by Students Affairs Sector, Basic Education Department under Ministry of Education.
Since the Constitution Act was started in 1974, the Union of Myanmar Socialist Government has continued it and was materialized until 1988 for the 25th time as Central Committee, of which Lu-ye-chun Scheme was organized and implemented.
