HTOO Group of Companies and HTOO Foundation are going to be main sponsors for Khakaborazi Expedition

There is a press conference and giving supportive fund for Khakaborazi Expedition Ceremony, on 6th September, 2017, at 10:00am at Kandawgyi Palace Hotel.

The ceremony was attended by Yangon Regional Minister for Rakhine Ethnic Affairs and Patron of Myanmar Mountaineering Federation U Zaw Aye Maung, Chairman of HTOO Foundation U Pyae Phyo Tay Za, CEO of the foundation U Paw Myint Oo, several advisors and responsible persons of HTOO Group of Companies, Chairman of Myanmar Mountaineering Federation Dr Nay Soe Maung, Khakaborazi Expedition Team and several media.

On this occasion, Yangon Region Minister for Rakhine Ethnic Affairs and Patron of Myanmar Mountaineering Federation U Zaw Aye Maung has given opening speech and also mentioned that since hiking mountaineering sport supports physical and mental fitness of the citizens, it also effects to the country and that is why giving supportive fund for hiking and mountaineering sports is also very important.

Apart from that, he has also shared his life experience and compared with the effect he has gained in the hiking and mountaineering. He expressed words of thanks on behalf of Yangon Regional Government.

HTOO Foundation’s Chief Executive Officer U Paw Myint Oo also explained the objectives of giving supportive fund for the development of hiking and mountaineering sports.

After HTOO Foundation’s Chief Executive Officer U Paw Myint Oo has explained, U Pyae Phyo Tay Za, Chairman of HTOO Foundation and Managing Director of HTOO Group of Companies has given supportive fund to the mountaineering team, who are going to practice in Nepal for their success.

Apart from that, First Nation Insurance which is one of the conglomerates of HTOO Group of Companies has also given Personal Accident Insurance worth 100 lakhs each for their physical risks.

Then, responsible persons from HTOO Foundation and HTOO Group of Companies has given away with a victory banner to the mountaineers, who are going to practice on Ama Dablam mountain in Nepal.

On behalf of the mountaineers, Ko Zaw Zin Khaing expressed words of thanks for the supportive fund, and questions raised by the media were answered by members of the mountaineering team. Of which, the ceremony was successfully completed.
