On 1st January 2018, there will be Shwe Dagon Pagoda’s Buddha Consecration Ceremony and for offering of Alm Food Ceremony to 18,000 monks by various Sangha organizations of which Htoo Group of Companies Chairman U Tay Za has donated Kyat 400 Lakh for celebration of this great event.
Moreover, the chairman U Tay Za had also donated kyats 100 Lakhs for New Year Dhamma Discussion ceremony. The ceremony will be held at the People’s Square and Park, which is located Near Western Stairways of Shwe Dagon Pagoda.
