Commander in Chief of Defense, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing has attended the auspicious opening and inauguration ceremony of Thiri Mingalar Mahar Sasaana Beikmandawgyi. He has pressed and unveiled the banner button officially, which has been collectively donated by the Army, Navy and Air Force families, on the morning of 11th March 2018.
Thiri Mingalar Mahar Sasana Beikmandawgyi is located in the compound of Lawka Chantha Abbaya Labha Muni Image, Minn Dhamma Hill, Insein Township, Yangon Division, while construction and supervision of this building has been taken responsibility by Htoo Group of Companies, and the construction period last for one year.
This Thri Mingalar Mahar Sasana Beikmandawgyi is a re-inforced concrete two storey building, which has 168 feet in length, 72 feet in width, constructed and beautifully decorated with artistic Myanmar handicrafts. In this building, about 500 monks can sit for the religious examinations and can occupy 1500 audiences for religious ceremonies.
At this ceremony, Chief of Defense has awarded cash of honor to Htoo Group of Companies, which has taken the responsibility for construction and it was accepted by Managing Director, U Pyae Phyo Tay Za.
